Research On Reengineering Of Quality Management System In XX Pharmaceutical

With the deepening development of the acceleration of world economic integration and globalization process as well as China’s market economy, China’s pharmaceutical industry has also been a rapid development and became an important part of the socialist market economic system. However, the Chinese pharmaceutical companies have a lot of problem on quality management, and became the key to survival and development of the pharmaceutical companies. So far, the security risk caused by the drug quality problem has become the focus of attention of the community, the quality of drugs has also become a bottleneck restricting the enterprise survival and development. An Empirical Study on the status of the quality management system of the XX pharmaceutical company in order to identify the level of quality management bottleneck of Chinese bulk drugs manufacturing companies and find the way to improve the quality management level and the corresponding passed the GMP authentication.First, this article analyzes the development status of China’s raw material drug companies and the status of the pharmaceutical production and quality management in China’s pharmaceutical industry, defining the concept and scope of this article referred to the management of quality and quality management, and the analysis and commentary on the literature of the GMP management theory and The theory of reengineering laid the theoretical foundation for the study of XX pharmaceutical companies to raise the level of quality management. Second, using the summarized, comparative analysis method combined with the new GMP to analyze and discuss the problems of the quality system in the XX pharmaceutical company, summarize and analyze the reasons behind this problem, and then propose to optimize within the XX pharmaceutical companies organizational structure, quality system, the development of new enterprise management information system, business process reengineering and a series of practical measures and suggestions to improve the level of quality management and help the XX pharmaceutical company pass the new version of GMP certification. It will also provide a good way to improve other China’s raw material drug companies’ quality management level.
