Research On Purchase Cost Control Strategy Of HT Company

Nowadays, under the influence of economic globalization, purchasing cost management has become the key part of Cost Control and attention focus of each enterprises. In developed countries, theory and practice of Purchasing Cost Control in Supply Chain Management has being tending perfect. By comparison, most Chinese enterprises are still following the traditional mode of purchasing cost management. In recent years, Chinese government has issued the regulations on minimum wage standard for workers. Meanwhile, the RMB exchange rate kept increasing. All these caused that Chinese enterprises have to face more and more pressure to reduce costs. In such circumstances, it is necessary to study foreign advanced management thought and methods according to our local situations to improve the level of Purchasing Cost Control. So that, the thought and management gap between foreign big companies and Chinese enterprises can be reduced gradually.In this paper, we take HT company’s Purchasing Cost Management System as research object to discuss whole company’s Purchasing Cost Management and Control from the angle of the cost management in Supply Chain Management. Analyzed the problems of HT company’s purchasing cost management and estimated qualitative analysis mathematical model by using analytic hierarchy process, interval estimation, grey forecasting analysis. Through these, we can change the way of Quantitative Analysis that traditional enterprises always used in Order Allocation and Order Forecast. Meanwhile, this paper gives the specific suggestions on HT company’s purchasing order management process&method, supplier management, purchasing information construction by applying the theory of Transaction Cost Theory&Procurement Cost Management Theory to improve the level of HT company’s purchasing cost management and reduce the purchasing cost to enhance its competition ability. Through the study here, I would be very happy if it could also solve some actual problems and promote the management level of purchasing cost management for other domestic enterprises with reference significance.
