| With the coming of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises become the important force to promote the development of social economy in BeiJing. But with the rapid growth, many high-tech enterprises also face the risk of high rate elimination. So it has important theoretical and practical significance to make clear the growth mechanism of high-tech enterprises.First, based on previous studies, this paper analyzes the intellectual capital elements of the high-tech enterprises and the elements of enterprises growth comprehensively. Then we choose learning ability and technical core competencies as the middle variable and build the theory model of intellectual capital and enterprises growth, and propose some corresponding hypothesizes.Second, this paper obtains data by the questionnaire, and use SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0to verify the hypothesizes of the model. Then through the principal component analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, we verify the hypothesizes of this paper and amend the model to improve it.Finally, through the results of the theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper obtains that high-tech enterprises must invest intellectual capital to realize sustained growth. That is, learning and exchanging experience among employees and enhancing self-learning ability. Improving the organization’s governance structure can improve the operative efficiency. In the process of realizing sustainable development, high-tech enterprises should establish the relationship with the relevant stakeholders and can grasp the relevant industry policies timely. To realize sustained growth, it is necessary to invest in technology for high-tech enterprises. Besides, they should strengthen the R&D investment, grasp the emerging technologies in the industry timely, strive to obtain the core competitive advantage, maintain and expand market share and realize sustainable growth of the enterprises. |
