Construction Project Claim Negotiation Research Based On The Bayes Theorem

Currently, the increasing size of construction projects, increasing complexity of the project,with the increase in international projects, large differences in their international projects,high-risk, diversity, and comprehensive, high complexity, and strong policy-oriented features,lead to contracting parties in the performance of contractual obligations is likely to have flaws.Construction project market is fiercely competitive, contractors by low bid, first obtain thecontract status, after the project implementation process, through project claim to be a reasonableprofit. We can say that the claim is an important way to profit contractors.The purpose of this paper is to propose a Bayes theory and game theory will be combinedand applied to the project claim the method to establish the claim of the game model engineering,and analysis using Bayes theory, quantitative solution.This article discusses the domestic and international construction claims of hero status, thefocus of the game theory application in construction claims: proposed Bayes decision theory isapplied to claims for application engineering, through negotiation, mediation and arbitration of allthree phases position discussed, analyzed the contractor claims the chances of success; of usefulinformation, classified according to their sources, many sub-gradient-based multi-level analysis;while Bayes theory used in engineering applications claims decision-making combined withpractical engineering up, in theory to guide engineering activities of the claim. The article alsoclaims the project proposed bargaining game model, and the use of Bayes theory, the model wasmodified to arrive at a theoretical analysis of project claim the use of Bayes game modelapproach. Combined with specific examples of projects to verify the model of the scientificgame.
