Research On Automotive Prognostic And Health Management Mode

The automobile is a complicated mechanical system which may often break down under the influences of the environment, the abrasion of component, the habits of drivers and so on in the daily driving process. Some of the breakdowns may cause traffic accidents directly or indirectly and having a very bad consequence on people’s living and work. Therefore,it’s important to manage these breakdowns reasonably. As an important part in designing and driving fighter and ships, the technology of Prognostics and Health Management have made a new request for the prognostics and health management of airplane、ships etc. Recently,because of the growing number of car accidents and people’s awareness, the PHM has become more and more meaning in automobile application.Based on airplane failure diagnosis forecast and health management research, this article will bring up some essential methods and conceptions of“automobile health management”while establishing the automobile health management mode. Firstly, this article will establish the level and logic architecture of automobile health management according to the differences in structure, cost and purpose between automobile and airplane. Secondly, the author will carry on classification to automobiles considering the automobile price. And then this paper would like to give you the basic process of the automobile health management, including data acquisition, data fusion, failure diagnosis, failure predication, man-machine hands over the equivalence etc. This kind of process will make some gradually changes on automobiles service from the former regular service and on-condition maintenance to a timely services. Finally, in order to make the management more reasonable and niche targeting, this paper would like to analysis a series processes and methods in determining monitor object consulting some analysis methods from system safety. All those processes and methods would be inflected in car of different level.In the last example part, this paper will ensure the management’s monitor object of automobile fire accident and represent it in different grades of cars through the automobile fire accident’s fault tree analysis and the using of relative method. Similarly, through the analysis of other accident patterns, we can get different monitor objects of scale vehicle . Therefore, it will be easy for us to manage it on the basis of health management process and, guarantee the automobile safety.
