The Strategic Risks Research On Cross-border Mergers And Acquisitions In China Aviation Manufacturing Enterprise

Enterprises of developed countries have experienced five waves of mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions are becoming more and more beyond the borders, almost all industries involved. After the reform and opening up in our country, the demand to the developed countries’manufacturing technology and the market scale is rapid growing , China’s manufacturing enterprise of cross-border mergers and acquisitions forces have rapid growth. However, the lack of practical experience and theoretical support for our businesses to the ultimate success stories less than three percent. Otherwise the complexity, unpredictable and high investment, high risk and other characteristics of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Therefore, cross-border mergers and acquisitions analysis and control motives and risk identification is particularly urgent.On the whole, in this paper, higher level can further study of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises though analysis the success of risk factors, and set the basis for further risk factors for the risk of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Establishing a risk index evaluation system and promote China’s aviation manufacturing companies to develop better systems of cross-border mergers and acquisitions strategy of risk assessment with processes and systems. Finally, the introduction of option theory to risk control cross-border mergers and acquisitions which reduce the risk of possible losses.
