Research On Relationship Between The Urban And Rur Al Residents’ Income And Their Consumption Of Livestock Products Of Hebei Province

Animal husbandry is an important part of agriculture, animal products is one of the main food of urban and rural residents, and it’s also the main content of "food basket project". With the continuous improvement of living standards, the concept and structure of residents’food consumption change gradually. The concept of residents’food consumption has been realized completed the transformation from eating one’s fill to pursuing tasty, and it’s gradually transforming into seeking nutrition and health. The structure of residents’food consumption presents a trend that the proportion of plant-based food consumption is decreasing and that of animal products is increasing. The relationship among the supply and price fluctuations of animal products and residents’daily life also becomes closer and closer. In addition, our country animal products market has been changed from seller’s market to buyer’s market, the structure and willingness of consumers’consumption will surely guide the development of animal husbandry. Therefore, depending on the situation of Hebei Province, it is necessary to strengthen the reasearch on the current consumption situation of animal products, the relationship between consumption of animal products and urban and rural residents’ income, the trend of urban and rural residents’ consumption of animal products. And also it is essential to put forward countermeasures and suggestions about improving urban and rural residents’ consumption level of animal products in Hebei Province and promoting the development of animal husbandry. All these studies are of great significance for guiding residents to consume healthy and rational, promoting economic development, stabilizing market supply and meeting consumers’demand.According to Statistical Yearbook and sample survey data,combining with the present status of urban and rural residents’ consumption of animal products in Hebei Province, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method,on the basis of the analysis of the relationship between urban and rural residents’ income and consumption of main animal products in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes and forecasts the trend of urban and rural residents’ consumption of main animal products, and also put forward countermeasures and suggestions about improving urban and rural residents’ consumption level of animal products in Hebei Province and promoting the development of animal husbandry. Firstly, this paper analyses the research background and significance of the relationship between urban and rural residents’ income and consumption of animal products in Hebei Province, and introduces domestic and international research current situation, and also the research methods and technical route. This part mainly reviews research both domestic and foreign about consumer behavior, trend and structure of the consumption of animal products, supply and demand of animal products, and briefly comments are made at the same time. Secondly, this paper analyses current situation of urban and rural residents’ consumption of animal products in Hebei Province, including quantity, structure, habits and manners of the consumption of animal products and so on. thus, a clear understanding about current situation of urban and rural residents’ consumption of animal products in Hebei Province are made. Thirdly, by thoroughly analyzing the relationship between consumption of main animal products and urban and rural residents’ income in Hebei Province,establish regression model to analyze quantitative relation between consumption of main animal products and urban and rural residents’ income. Based on these analyses, several conclusions are made: consumption of pork, beef and mutton have revealed a wave-like tendency, consumption of poultry and dairy products have increased evidently, the structure of residents’ consumption of animal products has been changed from past single style to diversified style, rural residents’ consumption of animal products still have great potential, and so on. Fourthly, this paper analyzes and forecasts the trend of urban and rural residents’ consumption of main animal products, draw several conclusions: consumption level of animal products will show a growth trend, residents’ consumption of animal products are becoming more diversified, residents will pay more attention to the quality of animal products, consumption of processing animal products will continue increasing, brand consciousness of residents’ consumption of animal products is strengthening gradually, and so on. At the same time, by using moving average method and establishing time series regression model, forecasts the trend of urban and rural residents’ consumption of animal products. Finally, start with the effect of Income variation on consumption of main animal products, in accordance with the principles of guiding residents to consume animal products healthy and rational, promoting the development of animal husbandry in Hebei Province, and even promoting the development of rural economy in Hebei Province, this paper put forward several countermeasures and suggestions: stabilizing pork production, optimizing meat production structure and accelerating the development pace of dairy industry, strengthening the nutrition science knowledge propaganda and guiding scientific consumption, increasing farmer income and reducing rural residents’burden of life, improving countryside consumption condition and stimulating consumption of peasants, innovating further processing of animal products, pay more attention to production of famous and special green animal products and implementing brand strategy.
