Based on real data collected from Sina microblog, using methods of Social Network Analysis and human dynamics, social interaction between microblog users and their behavior have been analyzed in our paper and a social interaction based human dynamics model has been built to explain microblog user behavior at group level. It will help to guide or lead public opinion in microblog world and can provide reference for microblog operators.(1)Analysis of microblog social network showed that users are closely connected and their behavior can be influence by social interaction. Statistical analysis of microblog social network confirmed that microblog had common characteristics with Social Network Service, which can be referred by microblog operators.(2)The empirical analysis in human dynamics has been expanded in microblog world and it has been concluded that microblog using behavior and basic daily activities share similarities and differences at the same time. The interval time distribution of users posting microblogs follow power-law distribution, but the exponent is different for group level and individual level. The exponent at group level is 2.313 and is higher than the two universality classes proposed by Vazquez. The exponent at individual level is 1.123, which can be characterized by the universality class ofα=1.(3)By performing correlation analysis between social interactions of microblog users and their behavior, it has been proved in this study that microblog user behavior is closed related with social interaction. Microblog user behavior is positively related with social interaction at both group level and individual level.(4)By taking account of the fact that social interaction can influence the behavior of microblog users, a social interaction based human dynamics model has been built to simulate microblog user behavior and broad the idea of model establishment in human dynamics. The simulation results have proved that this model can explain the impact of social interaction on microblog user behavior and the power-law distribution of the total number of microblogs.
