As the world’s leading mobile network solutions provider, Huawei Technologies gradually realizes that helping clients business achieve success not only requires first-class products, but also needs professional support services. With a wealth of practical experience and deep understanding of products, Huawei technologies overcomes difficulties and wins many professional service contracts one by one in the international service market. However, in China, expecially in China telecom field, there has not been scale sales because of internal factors and external factors. In this paper, we deeply analyze how to open up professional service market for China Telecom wireless network and propose specific recommendations from the perspective of service marketing strategy.The author plans to seek opportunity points for business mutual cooperation and establish communities of interest. In addition, the article will involve the integration of internal service resource to achieve scale target. For example, we integrate relatively independent services such as wireless network, core network, access network, data communication and optical network to provide end to end integrated solution for customers. To improve industry access standards through the establishment of technical barriers artificially. The company should make full use of the strength of professional services within the organization. The company can promote equipment sales with the help of pre-service-investment and enhance the number of professional service sales orders through product sales ratio of layered consultation.In the end, we extend the competition and cooperation mode into relevant departments and communications industry to propose an example for sustainable development of the company in a particular period.
