This paper is the empirical research on the listed impact factor of the dynamic competitiveness of commercial banks in China. China’s banking-oriented financial system, the efficiency of the dynamic competitiveness of commercial banks directly affects and constrains change and healthy growth of the Chinese economy, finance. In order to scientifically grasp the dynamic factors affecting competitiveness of commercial banks and the current problems, and make recommendations necessary to in-depth summary and analysis of influencing factors of listed commercial banks dynamic competitiveness. Examine the Bank of China competitive and domestic and international research on the basis of in-depth, systematic review and draw on the theory of competitiveness of enterprises, the financial theory of sustainable development, defined business dynamic capabilities theory, and financial innovation theory, sustainable and dynamic perspective bank dynamic competitive areas and scope of the study, multi-angle, the normative to the definition and analysis of listed commercial banks dynamic competitive elements and influencing factors, and the establishment of commercial banks dynamic competitive analysis and evaluation framework. Empirical analysis on this basis, the2008-2010panel data of14listed commercial banks, examination of the competitive status and the key factors of China’s listed commercial banks, commercial banks dynamic from the perspective of the theory and practice the contents of the competitiveness and upgrade path, and to promote the reform of commercial banks "transformation" and sustainable development, and concludes with specific advice.1. However, these empirical data only at the microscopic surface to quantify the factors affecting bank resources and capabilities to build a complete theory of the dynamic competitiveness of commercial banks but also with banks’ internal dynamic mechanism and the external environment.(4) The ultimate goal of the commercial banks dynamic competitive banking sector resource allocation efficiency and sustainable development, it should be to develop a dynamic competitive strategy through the combination of the banking sector’s own management and the external environment.
