The so-called moderate income trap, it points to the new market-economy countries in per capita of SGDP1000, which will undergo a rapid economic development; but to the per capita GDP of$3000or so, the accumulation of contradictions will focus on the development of the original reflect, so their own systems will go into critical stage,.Many developing countries because they can’t overcome this development bottleneck, made mangy development strategy mistakes in their own country, their social development speed falls and undergo a long-term crisis. Today China has an initial reflect:widening economic gap; The slow process of urbanization; It is hard to adjust the industrial structure; the international economic fluctuation impact is tremendous. With the problem arises,China’s economy development is currently facing the predicament, and the people’s standard of living rise further. Therefore, so It’s necessary to study the problem. To solve the current situation, from the us and South Korea which is one of the medium income trap aspects of the experience and practice, the Chinese government in order to continue to enhance the national economic strength to avoid middle-income trap across a policy choice can have many:breaking monopoly and improve the social security system to adjust the input gap; Correctly treat different social groups to steadily promoting urbanization process; Safe treatment three industrial relations between industrial structure adjustment and active use of foreign exchange reserves to resist the external risk averse. As long as the guarantee of the orientation of value right based on implementation steadily, China can span this trap, and go into the ranks of the high-income countries.
