| For a manufacturing enterprise, the biggest problem having been bothering them is whether they can have a reasonable inventory management. Because if an enterprise wants to have a long survival and development they need to keep their own inventory stable, especially in today’s rapid economic development environment. For such an enterprise, because of the future market operating mechanism of the not sure, that enterprise cannot quickly make the right decisions, and inventory with its at any time coping with the constant change of the outside world appears to be so important; However, from another perspective, stock exists and will affect production enterprise, inventory takes up part of the business capital flow, which will be counterproductive for the future of enterprise capital turnover, and then increases the total cost of the enterprise. So from the above aspects, inventory itself is a difficult problem to solve and inventory control research is not only necessary but also has important significance on the enterprise.This paper uses manufacturing enterprise X, Y as the research object. By establishing the third party venture Z to manage the inventory of enterprise X and Y, using the principle of the system dynamics model, so as to the specific implementation for X, Y inventory management.This paper first explains the system dynamics and inventory management, VMI model related theory, briefly introduces the method of inventory management, clear the system dynamics in inventory in the optimization of practical. By understanding the business among enterprise X, Y and the third party joint venture Z, according to the results of analysis, this paper discusses the solutions of management inventory using joint venture enterprise Z, and uses AnyLogic software to set up enterprise X and enterprise Y inventory system dynamics model, the parameter estimation and analysis of the model simulation analysis conclude that two enterprise reasonable inventory strategy. |
