The great achievements of economic reformshas been supported by the overwhelming majority of people, also enhanced theleader’s confidence in the reform. China’s economic reforms did not present clear-cuttheoretical guidance, in a "trial and error" stage. But "across the river "is not blind,China’s economic reform leaders know what the other side of the river is——Chinesepeople’s living standards improve, the improvement of productivity in China, and theimprovement of China’s comprehensive national. It is in these clear-cut goals underthe guidance, China’s economic reforms have open minds, they abandoned thesurname "capital", the name "Society" debate, absorb the advanced experience of theeconomic development of all mankind, create a Chinese Characteristics. The furtherdevelopment of China’s economic reform will no longer be "feeling the stones", but tosummarize the experience of "crossing the river" concise "across the river" theory. This theory is not only our experience across the river "in the past, but practical guidepeople continue to stride to the other side of the river forward. This theory will be thecontribution to the world economy, and China’s economic reform with Chinesecharacteristics will create a New Marxist political economy.
