Our Country’s Rural Financlal Efficiency Problem Research

Whether past, nowadays and in the future, Agriculture will have been among thecompilation status of national economy, relationship with the entire national economicdevelopment and expansion. Also because of this, the "SAN nong" questionsrepeatedly fill people’s political and economic life field.Our country "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is a deep-rooted problem thatdidn’t get resolved, the shortage of capital is hard to free itself from blame, even itmaybe the sticking point. Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars paid attention toour country’s rural financial efficiency problem and launched a lot of research. Butforeign research focus on the overall financial efficiency and seldom on the ruralfinancial efficiency and also less system, while the domestic research has made a lotof progress, but mostly stay in the respect of the allocation of resources, far awayfrom the financial areas especially the field of rural financial reality. Therefore, aboutthe depth of the problem is particularly important.This article start at the point, expounded the financial development theory andthe theory of rural financial development, made a comparative analysis of the view offinancial efficiency contained by all sorts of theory, decided to use the theory offinancial resources to guide the practice. This paper argues that, rural financial, as akind of social resources, serve for the rural development, and its efficiency is a kindof resource allocation efficiency, and at the same time it can be measured by thecoordination coefficients of rural economic and financial development. Empiricalanalysis shows that currently our country rural financial efficiency is low, theinfluence factors are many and complex. Traditional ideas argues that agriculture lessquality is chief reason hidden in many factors, but contradiction forms between thisand the great potential of rural development, through the analysis, this paperconcluded that the information asymmetry is the root cause of the rural financial lowefficiency, and that only to solve or reduce the information asymmetry problemfundamentally rural financial efficiency can ascend.
