With the rapid development of the information age, the competition between talents of modern enterprise is becoming fiercer. In this situation, if enterprises want to maintain the competitive position, they need to clearly know the needs of employees and work hard to improve employees’job satisfaction.Job satisfaction means an attitude and psychological reaction for the employees on their work,working environment, salary and so on. And now the employees of post-80s have gradually on the professional stage and started to become the backbone of the enterprise.Therefore, enterprise managers have to know how to improve job satisfaction of post-80s.Regarding of existing research, there are many researches on the satisfaction of domestic and foreign employees, but there is a little about the post-80s.Combining with features of post-80s, there will be theoretical meaning and practical meaning from related factors on work and demographic to research job satisfaction.The specific research resuls of this paper’s each phase are as follows:The first stage:First of all, after reading a lot of relevant documents,I issue open questionnaire to the conclusion that the main influence factors of post-80s employees work satisfaction. Then through discussing with many experts repeatedly, I eliminate the concept of fuzzy or not semantic factors. Then I use simple clear, no ambiguity statements described for these factors, and thus formed the try questionnaire. After analyzing reliability, validity and factor of the try survey questionnaire, I remove two questions. Finally, according to the eighteen indexes after deleting or selecting, I established this formal questionnaire.The second stage:it comes to the five key factors that affect post-80s employees work satisfaction by analyzing reliability, validity and factor of the the formal questionnaire, which is paid work, working environment, management and leadership, interpersonal relationships and personal development, respectively.The third stage:through the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression points to some conclusions:First of all, between work reward and overall satisfactionof post-80s employees is significant positive correlation; Second, between working environment and overall satisfaction of post-80s employees is significant positive correlation; Third, between the enterprise management and leadership and post-80s employees work satisfaction is significant correlation; Fourth, between the interpersonal relationship and overall satisfaction of post-80s employees is significant positive correlation; Finally, between the post-80s personnel development and overall satisfaction is significant positive correlation. Through analyzing the single factor of the six demographic variance,it comes to the significant differences of overall satisfaction of post-80s between different education degree and jobs.Based on the above research conclusion and combining with the characteristics of post-80s, this article will provide some strategies and suggestions in view of the influence of the satisfaction on five key factors.First, Perfect salary system and improve the training mechanism. Second, improve the working environment and provide relax and pleasant atmosphere; Third adopt diversified incentive, perfect management and leadership system;Fourth, open new communication channels, and strengthen the exchange of work. Finally, broaden the promotion channel and provide more professional development channels.
