The global financial crisis which caused by the US Subprime crisis in2008makes expand domestic demand be valued again. China launched a new round of expansion of domestic demand on this account. But,we still have adhered to the way of domestic demand expandation, since Asian financial crisis in1998, and have attemptted to create another broad road with a reference of the past experience. Undeniable,China not only have gone through the economic crisis, but the domestic demand has been improved greatly, in mainly to investment, reducing the rate of credit as a means of increasing consumption and administrative means guaranteed wage growth inertia measure guided. However, we should observe in global vision that the residents’helpless in the imbalance between investment and consumption when faced with CPI inflation, and residents’psychological panic and rational puzzlement after trapped in the consumption scaffold. All of this should call for introspection. We should not only seek for theory guidance on direction but also improve our real action.Based on the Marxists demand theory and existed research content of domestic demand expandation, the article focuses on the analysis of absence measures and aims at exploring new directions for China. Therefore, the article are formed by following logic:the first part starts from defining core concepts, showing the denotation and connotation of internal demand, and indicating the historical dimensions of the expanding domestic demand in China. The second part mainly states the general idea,origin,main contents of the Marxists demand theory and the development of socialist countries of the former soviet union and china,in order to provide some current measures with a clear theory structure. The third part dates back to the history of measures to expand domestic demand, and points out its lack in theory and the negative results it caused. The last part comes up with some new ideas, new strategies from the perspective of Marxist theory.
