The Research Of The Development Of The Intra-county Economy In China

The intra-county economy is the basis of the whole national economy. The national economy can not develop without the intra-county economy. The welfare economist approved that the end of the economic developing is improving the living conditions and the welfare of people. The quantity of the goods bought by the consumers is the core of the level of the welfare. And the growth of the economy can increase the number of the goods. The intra-county economy is hanging behind the whole national economy. At the same time, the structure of the economy is low-grade. However, the economy can not develop without the macroscopic readjustment and control. And the intra-county economy is the same thing. The usual method of the macroscopic control is fiscal system and tax system. So this dissertation is about the reform of the fiscal and tax system to solve the problems of the developing of the intra-county economy.This dissertation will be divided into five chapters. The first chapter will introduce the situation of this research in our country and abroad. The meaning and the aim of this research will be showed in this part. I also introduce the research methods and access of this dissertation. The second one is framework of the intra-county economy. I will construct a theory framework in the beginning of the article. The fiscal decentralization and the free competition will be showed in this part. And the relationship between the intra-county economy and the whole welfare will be interpreted. The intra-county economy can not live without the reform of fiscal system. The third part will introduce the situation of the intra-county economy in China. The character and the connotation of the economy will be introduced in the beginning of this part. I will show the developing trend of this economy later. And the status of the intra-county economy in the whole national economy will be informed in this part. I also give the problems of this economy in the end of this part. The fourth part will focus the fiscal system and the tax system. At first, the history of the tax and fiscal system reform will be introduced. At second, the situation of the public finance and the tax in the counties can be seen in this part. In the end, the problems of the public finance and the tax can be shown in the part. The last chapter is about the suggestion of the reform on the fiscal and tax system in our counties.
