With China’s rapid economic development and living standards, as well as the rapid development of the domestic auto industry, the Chinese passenger car sales, especially sales market of unprecedented prosperity, auto4S shops are springing up after another. In this context, some large auto dealers have begun to emerge, and showing a distinct combination of characteristics of the capital, and capital of the intervention but also makes these large-scale expansion of car dealers started taking from the traditional model evolved into the self4S4S shop shop combined with the acquisition mode. The acquisition of auto dealers to gain market share in the formation of core competencies has played an increasingly important role.In this context, this paper selected four Chinese Guangxi Liuzhou electromechanical acquisition case, as the object of study, with a distinctive character and the reference value. Guangxi is a typical passenger car electrical comprehensive professional services companies in the Guangxi region has a leading market position, but the network coverage and brand system is still significant weaknesses, particularly in areas particularly evident in Liuzhou, Liuzhou in the acquisition of four Chinese before, only two brands in Liuzhou two4S stores.
