Among a New Round of Economic Developmental Growth after the Financial Crisis, the Private Economy holds a key status in the economic progress in our country. Many Private Enterprises graduate into the key development. But the purpose of parts of leaders limited to the profits. No doubt that this could enhance their efficiency to some extent, but finally they will find it is difficult on further development. To regulate and improve the HR management system is one of the important points to solve this problem. And the executives’ long-term incentive in HR management system is obviously important.GY Company is a private enterprise who takes the production and sales of plastic pipe as its main flows. This thesis takes GY as an example, revealed the primal problem of current executives’ long-term incentive by analyzing the present status. According to the motivation theory, this thesis researched and analyzed the causes of the problem of GY executives’ long-term incentive. On this base, these theses pertinently bring forward suggestions and countermeasures in order to build a suitable executives’ long-term incentive for GY Company. The purpose of this thesis is to supply an example on long-term sustainable development for Private Enterprises by regulating and improving the HR management system.
