Lack of credit in China’s current economic and social life is still very prominent,seriously undermined the market order, restricted economic development, affecting social stability. The administration department for industry&commerce maintain the order of the socialist market economy’s task.The quality of the market economic order is closely linked with whether have the adequacy of the enterprise credit supervision system,whether have soundness of penalizing mechanism, whether government departments effectively perform its regulatory functions.In this paper, explore the relationship between the administration for industry&commerce department’s market regulatory functions and corporate credit,from the perspective of market supervision functions of administration for industry&commerce, the Dalian Administration for Industry&Commerce as an example, implement the supervision of the enterprise credit classification,using the depth interviews, experienced summary, empirical analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, on the domestic and foreign research situation of comprehensive comb foundation,takes the administrative management, public management theory as guidance, the integrated use of the law, economics and other related theoretical knowledge, as well as the introduction of relevant policies and administrative regulations by the state and local governments.By comparison, drawing on advanced domestic and foreign government enterprise credit management experience, analysis of corporate credit classification supervision of the Dalian Administration for Industry&Commerce department’s achievements, problems and their causes, and discusses the Dalian Administration for Industry&Commerce to further enhance the enterprise credit classification regulatory level of countermeasures.
