Research On Product Cost Status Analysis Method Of Iron And Steel Based On Operations

The steel industry, as a national pillar, plays an important role in economy development. Recently, profit margin continuously decreases due to the increase of the cost of raw material, the change of production mode from dispersive to intensive and so on. The steel industry is confronted with severe challenge of cost control. It is necessary to find a reasonable and effective management method to control cost and improve the business profit of the steel industry, so that the enterprise can succeed in the competition. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the product cost status analysis method to do the dynamic control in the process of steel product cost formation.Firstly, this paper studies the production cost analysis situation, explains the characteristics of the work flow and the construction form of the production cost of the steel industry, describes the current cost control flow and finds out the problems of the production cost analysis of the steel industry, through stating the production cost analysis situation, which lays a foundation to propose the product cost status analysis method.This paper studies the product cost estimating method of iron and steel based on operations, Establishes a product cost estimating model of iron and steel based on operations, studies the indirect cost prediction method based on improved support vector machine (SVM), predict the cost when failing to obtain the accurate value in the production process, and obtain the current estimating cost in the production process. Realize the business cost management in the production process, estimate the product cost due to production change, dynamically trace and control the product cost change, and provide with reasonable data for product cost status analysis.This paper studies the production cost status analysis method of iron and steel product, through describing the production cost status, divide cost status into product cost status, operating cost status and cost expense status. Build the cost status analysis model, study the cost status analysis dimensionality and the property of dimensionality, and realize the management of cost status from multi-dimensionalities and multi-properties. This paper studies cost status analysis calculation based on K-means, classifies the cost status, realize the sort management for the cost status and effectively manage and monitor the cost status. This paper provides a guiding scheme of decision improvement approach from different angles for the enterprises.
