The Innovative Research Of Enterprise Intangibel Assets Management

In knowledge and economy age, intangible assets present new characteristics. They are playing a more and more important role in enterprises’management. They have become the key element in the construction of one corporation’s competence and contributed to the creation of enterprise valuation. The competition between different companies have transformed from tangible assets such as scale and resources to intangible assets including technologies and human resources. Traditional methods for intangible assets’management can’t meet the needs of company’s management, demanding new management models with innovative factors.In the first part, this paper expounds the relation between intangible assets management and enterprise competence. Besides, it studies the relation between intangible assets’management and enterprise valuation creation, which explains the significances of innovation of intangible assets’management. In the second part, this thesis aims at the realization of enterprise’intangible assets’valuation, employing typical analysis method, relates the status quo of intangible assets’quantities, valuation and management and analyzes the problems, which points out the factors concerning the failures of intangible assets’valuation creation. It includes two aspects, the company’s management and the institution of intangible assets’management, which points out the direction of intangible assets’valuation management. The third part of the paper discusses the construction of intangible assets’management system by means of molding enterprise’competence, including strategic perspective and operational perspective. The system contains three aspects, property rights management, operation management and valuation management. At last, this thesis emphasizes the necessity of risk prevention and management in the process of intangible assets’operation and elaborates on the category of the risk, the causes and effective measures. Moreover, it analyzes some notable problems. In all, it aims at the sound operation of enterprise’s intangible assets’management system.
