Analysis On Jinzhong Agricultural Tourism Development And Regional Structure Optimization

The agricultural tourism based on farming activities is one kind of agricultural development form that is the combination of farming and tourism.With Chinese urban residents’demand on leisure tourism growing and implementing the strategy of new rural construction, agricultural tourism plays an important role especially in lessening the gap between urban and rural areas, solving the "three rural issues" and protecting the ecological environment. Therefore studting on agricultural tourism is indispensable.This paper analyzes the basic conditions and the present situation of Jinzhong by collecting a large number of literature material and field survey, and using the limited growth theory,recreational belt around metropolis theory, agricultural location theory and so on. The model and type of agricultural tourism are explored. The problems existing in the agricultural tourism of Jinzhong are illustrated. Regional structure optimization suggestions and countermeasures of development on Jinzhong agricultural tourism are put forward.Theory research is made in the first part. The research situation of agricultural tourism of the whole world is summarized and the agricultural tourism concepts, characteristics, and function are expounded with geography and ecological agriculture as the foundation of knowledge.The development of agricultural tourism should be based on agricultural location theory, the limited growth theory, recreational belt around metropolis theory and the sustainable tourism theory that are put forward in this part.Basic conditions and the current situation are analyzed in the second parts. First of all, the fundamental conditions and resource background of Jinzhong agricultural tourism development are discussed. Then the present situation and the types of the Jinzhong agricultural tourism development are probed. Finally based on the investigation the problems of lacking of scientific plans and propagation, tourism product being single, infrastructure being backward, employees owning low quality and so on are put forward through on-the-spot investigation.Regional structure optimization suggestions and agricultural tourism development countermeasures are given in the third parts. Specific countermeasures of Jinzhong agricultural tourism are proposed with the above analysis. From the aspect of regional structure optimization, Jinzhong agricultural tourism includes the big pattern besides the "two industry areas, five small districts", namely western flat industry area and eastern mountainous industry area; modern agriculture sightseeing district, leisure fishing and picking district, agricultural eco-tourism demonstrating district, folk culture experienced district and fitness and amusement resort district. And countermeasures and measures are put forward to promote Jinzhong agricultural tourism development separately considering from the governmnet’view on agricultural tourism, reasonable using of agricultural tourism resources and professional talents training.The conclusion is given in the fourth part. And the further research proposals are put forward.There are two innovations in this paper. First the definition even the concept of agricultural tourism is proposed. And theoretical basis of agricultural tourism development is summed up.Then the theory of overall conception of regional strcture optimization of two industry areas, five small districts"is raised systematacially basing on analyzing of the present situation and problems of agricultural tourism.
