| With the development of power systems, the structure of the power grid tends to become complicated and the number of equipment gets larger and larger with the function and kind being more and more complex. When we do maintenance scheduling with man power, problems come forth, such as frequent temporary repair, inadequate or excess maintenance, blind repair and other serious problems. It will easily waste resources, threaten the stable operation of the equipment which leads to blackouts. The scientific, practical and rational maintenance schedules are helpful to improve the stability of the power system and the modernization level and profit efficiency of the enterprises.Firstly, this paper reviews the evolving process of the maintenance patterns in power systems and illustrates the existing maintenance manner and the current Status of maintenance scheduling. Research developments and achievements on maintenance scheduling and its optimization are summarized. By means of studying the methods of lean management about Shanghai electric grids on maintenance, summarizing Shanghai grids’management process, then analyzing the actual case and compared with the traditional methods. The SGCC of Shanghai put forward the process management system of maintenance scheduling for power systems which is hierarchical, ordered and unified. By identify the level managers clearly, to ensure that the process management system for the aspect of compiling, publishing and management of the project is carrying out and a series of management system such as performance appraisal system is developed. As a result the breakout time of electric power and the frequencies of maintenance projects changes have decreased rapidly since adopting the new methods management. Finally, the author give some advice and regards that the methods of lean management about maintenance projects are optimized, and regards the methods can be a model for all electric maintenance. |
