With the internationalization process accelerating, the deepening of the internationaldivision of labor, as a global phenomenon exists generally, the industrial clusters has played apivotal role not only in China but all over the world in the development of regional economy,and it compose a country or region’s strong competitiveness too. Multi-supply chains is a newresearch direction in the supply chain which exists in the industry cluster in general, the studyof multi-supply chains, to have the important meaning to improve the overall competitivenessof the industry cluster.This paper based on previous studies, from the relations of inventory coordination inmulti-supply chains, in the study of multi-supply chains of the complexity of the inventorycoordination and dynamic characteristics, through the comparison of several supply chaininventory management research methods, found the advantage that the system dynamics inthe supply chain collaboration inventory research, demonstrates the feasibility of the systemdynamics using in multi-supply chains inventory coordination. Second, on the analysis of themulti-supply chains inventory coordination model, more feedback loop, dynamic andcomplicated nonlinear system characteristics, study the construction methods of thecross-chain inventory coordination model based on different levels node in multi-supplychains., using VENSIM software to build the double supply chain at the different level of theinventory coordination dynamics model, explore the change of inventory stock level, andcustomer demand between the single-way coordination strategy and two-way inventory at thedifferent level in multi-supply chains, then to find the better side in the above two ways.Finally, based on system dynamics of the single or double or three or four layers of the supplychain inventory coordination model to be established, through the contrast among them, andexploring different inventory coordination strategy inventory levels, customer demandsatisfaction rate of change rule, looking for the better method from inventory coordinationmodels.The results of the study showed that the double supply chain at the different level ofinventory coordination strategy overall inventory level and customer needs satisfaction rate isbetter than the single inventory coordination strategy, be more practical than double one-wayinventory coordination strategy. From single, double, three to four layers of the supply chaininventory coordination model, the average stock levels is down trend, the average customerdemand satisfaction rate is rising, and continuously enhancing the stability; so,along with the increase in the number of supply chain, the competitiveness of the system is continuouslyimproved.
