With the rapid development and increasingly fierce competition in auto industry,how to improve the core competitiveness and price advantage is attracting moreattention. In recent years, enterprises are paying more attention to logistic cost; andmost of the auto enterprises are devoting themselves to the optimization andsustainable improvement of logistic system. While the inbound logistics is of greatsignificance for the supply of auto parts, the running of auto enterprises and thereduction of supply cost, it is very important.The automotive logistics is recognized the most technical and covers the mostextensive and the most complex field in all the supply chain management. In theautomobile company, there are many different kinds and a large amount of inboundlogistics’ parts.how to manage them is a tough problem. Therefore, to raise the levelof logistics, the key is to strengthen the management of inbound logistics. Goodorganizations of inbound logistics could significantly shorten production cycle,reduce cost, and strengthen the flexibility of the whole supplying chain. So it is theessential tache to strengthen the competing ability of supplying chain for motorindustry.The thesis take a large domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise GuangQiHonda (GHAC) as an example, from the angle of the logistics operation, analyzes thethe existing problem of the inbound logistics operation management. Through theanalysis toward the problem in the process of switchover which is from deliverysystem to milkrun mode, this paper put forward the inbound logistics optimizationscheme which include system integration, container standardization and loading andunloading management. At the same time, it points out that the logistics elements inthe course of switching from delivery system to milkrun mode, the deliveryinformatization, the containers standardization and the centralization of loading andunloading all have the effect of realizing logistics benefit maximization.Through propelling the project, the issue which exsit in each link of GHACsupply chain will be cut down and improve the overall efficiency of inbound logistics.Through this topic research, this paper generalizes the elements of implementation ofmilkrun mode in logistics industry, it also puts forward the measures forimplementation of the container management standardization and the contribution which the integration of centralized loading and unloading make to efficiencyimprovement of the entire supply chain.
