With the development of modern service industry and high-tech industries, highly educated women have more and more opportunities to display their talents.It require the organization to implement the career management strategy, and provide a better organized environment for their career successFirstly, The study construct the conceptual framework on the basis of the literature on organizational career management, intrinsic motivation and career success. Secondly, through open-ended questionnaire survey and interviews, we extract the key elements of organizational career management, and propose the research model and related assumptions. Thirdly, we conduct a questionnaire survey, and use PASW18.0software for statistical analysis to verify the hypothesis. The main conclusions are as follow:(1) organizational career management is a multidimensional concept, including the provision of information, training and development, atmosphere and emotional care, institutional guarantees, career counseling;(2) highly educated women’s career success include professional competence, career satisfaction, work-family balance, life satisfaction;(3) organization career management has an significant correlation with career success of highly educated women;(4) intrinsic motivation plays a partial mediating role between organizational career management and career success of highly educated women. Finally, according to research findings, it specifically expounds in detail five strategies on organization career management including providing career planning guidance and counseling, establishing a reasonably management system, different training and development strategies for different objects, supplying strategy and career information, creating a good atmosphere and emotional care...
