In the past20years, with the requirement of global economic development and form China’s pace of reform and opening is accelerating, more and more multinational companies began to target and enter to China, there are growing numbers of local companies access into the overseas market. Chinese market has become an integral part of the world and cannot be separated in the flow of international resources.The pattern of the world is gradually eastward tilt, for those who "going out" of Chinese enterprises, which has great significance:by this moment, if we can use the China market leverage effectively to leveraging global resources, fully use our unique market resource and thus enhance our own capabilities, open up the international and domestic market to achieve during the interaction, then these "going out" enterprises are likely to grow as the truly international enterprises.Shenzhen Upcera Co., Ltd is a very representative of Chinese High-Tech Company, the company began to introduce the zirconia block in dental restoration industry. Upcera is the first manufacturer to leading the zirconia restoration from China’s market step into international market. At that a time, not too many competitor in the world, Upcera is listed No.5in global mass production manufacturers. But currently, the competition is stiff; the blue sea strategy is also getting into the red sea strategy.This thesis is base on Upcera past and present market experience with some of China’s outstanding enterprises in the international marketing successful case, and use some of the professional knowledge of international marketing theory analysis, such as international market analysis, product positioning, SWOT analysis...and so on to develop a market to adapt to current and future marketing, strategic planning, summed up some of the practical operational experience, it can help Chinese companies stumble forward in the international market.
