In Laos’s situation, this paper research Laos state-owned Banks and private bank employees motivators contrast analysis. As Laos’s economic development, human resources has become the key to the competitiveness of state-owned Banks and private Banks. Laos state-owned Banks and private Banks pay more and more attention to this problem about employee’s motivators. The banks might develop all effective motivation mechanism, which can stimulate their fullest potential. Only give full pay to the initiative, the enthusiasm of the employees can be stimulated and employees can make staff for the enterprise to the largest make contribution to banks. At present, in Laos both state-owned Banks and private bank employee motivator mechanism is not very good. This article research the employee’s incentive factors in this context. I hope this research can give the Thai state-owned Banks and private Banks a helping, and can improve Laos state-owned Banks and private bank employee’s incentive present situation, and rich cultural background of perfect Laos’s incentive theory.This article selects the Laos three state-owned Banks and four private banks through the method of questionnaire investigation to collect first-hand material. This research is based on the theories of motivation and Laos background and combines the results of the questionnaire survey. First, by using descriptive statistics method to draw the general structure of the sample analysis and Laos’s state-owned Banks and private bank employee’s incentive factors and satisfaction on the importance of the order. Secondly, through the factor analysis approach, this study divides the23motivational factors into five kinds. five kinds of incentive factors is organizational justice incentive factors, organization incentive factors, the job itself atmosphere incentive factors, salary welfare factors and personal development incentive factors. Thirdly, in this study we use SPSS statistical software to have reliability analysis to guarantee the credibility of the questionnaire. Fourth, using opposites T test sample and multiple comparison analysis to research Laos state-owned Banks and private Banks different background staff of five incentive factors reaction. Fifth, use the relevant analysis and regression analysis to analyze the Laos state-owned Banks and private bank employees on the five types of incentive factors of satisfaction and overall satisfaction.According to the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding employees incentive measures for Laos state-owned Banks and private bank managers. These incentives are from the view of state-owned Banks and private banks and the incentive measures are divided into the general and specific incentive measures. This paper studies the results to Laos state-owned Banks and private bank employees incentive problems to solve the effective has certain directive significance. The research results can supply the powerful foundation to solve the Laos state-owned Banks and private bank employees’ motivation questions effectually.
