Analysis Of Business Circulation Industry In Shandong Province Based On Input-output Tables

In recent years, along with economic development, China’s socialist market economic system is gradually being set up and increasingly perfect. At the same time, by the impact of economic globalization, our domestic market and foreign markets are becoming increasingly closer to each other. It brings both new opportunities and great challenges to China’s economic development.Especially in the national economy industry, as China’s economic development, business circulation industry is more and more important. The data show that in2010, China’s commercial and trade circulation has made a very good development. The total retail sales of social consumer goods and total sales of means of production, reached￥15.7trillion and Y36trillion, Wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering industry have also increased a total of Y4trillion. In the past five years, the average annual growth rate reached18.1%,20.4%and16.9%. In addition, in2010, network both urban and rural distribution has been initially formed, circulation is more and more diversified and the management system of commercial and trade circulation has been basically established.China has entered the12th Five-Year Plan stage, Shandong Province has issued a "Shandong Province"12"commercial and trade circulation plan", which is specifically for the planning of business circulation industry in Shandong Province. This means that along with economic development, the economic status of the commercial and trade circulation increased and it is more and more important. To accelerate the development of commercial and trade circulation has become an important measure that is essential for the construction of Shandong Province and even the national economy. Therefore, to study the development of commercial and trade circulation of Shandong Province is important for speeding up economic construction and enhancing the comprehensive strength of Shandong Province.In this paper, first it introduces the research background, significance and innovation. Second it makes literature review of commercial and trade circulation, input-output analysis and industrial complex networks. Third it analyzes the status of the business circulation industry in Shandong Province and describes its achievements in the past and both the opportunities and challenges in the future. On this basis, according to the data of the input-output table in the Shandong Province in2007, it makes input-output analysis and industrial complex network analysis of the business circulation industry in Shandong Province. Finally, according to the results of these analyzes, it gives some policy recommendations of the development of business circulation industry in Shandong Province.Two analysis methods used in this paper are rarely used in analyzing commercial and trade circulation industry in a region. The goal of this study is the development of commercial and trade circulation in Shandong Province so it can narrow the scope of the study and make the study more concrete and vivid. This paper can consider that because of the different geographical location and climate, industrial structure are not the same in different provinces, so it can make the conclusions more targeted and the recommendations are more practical and concrete.
