With the increasingly fierce market competition, SMEs have to break through environmental barriers. In the great enterprise social network of SMEs, the network of relationships has become an important way to solve these problems and improve business performance. Taking into account the governance structure of small and medium enterprises are often set in a business owners and managers,business network relationships often depends on the relationship of social networks of entrepreneurs which also is the way to acquire other essential resources This paper attempts to study relationships between social networks and development of business from the micro-level of social network of entrepreneurs.Firstly, on the base of the theory of social capital and resource-based theory as theoretical guidance, summarizing and concluding research of the past scholars,this paper designates social networks of entrepreneurs as of five dimensions, Government Relations Network intermediary network of relationships, media relations network, the network of relationships and business network, and also designates resources acquisition into two dimensions, knowledge resources acquisition and operational resources acquisition. Then, according to the corresponding theoretical and analysis of situation, this paper builds conceptual models based on the relationship between family social networks, resources acquisition and business performance and submit several assumptions. And then, collect data and conduct a primary analysis through questionnaire. Finally, this paper do empirical analysis on the theoretical model and empirical hypothesis proposed in this paper by structural equation model, then analyze and discuss the result.Through empirical analysis, this paper conclude the result as follow: as entrepreneurs’different characteristic, the five dimensions, government relations network intermediary network of relationships, media relations network, the network of relationships and business network, have positive effect on knowledge resources acquisition and operational resources acquisition. Meanwhile, the two dimensions, knowledge resources acquisition and operational resources acquisition, also contribute to business performance. Social network of entrepreneur effects business performance by effecting resources acquisition.
