The Study Of The Problem Of Dry Bulk Shipping Industry Development In China

Dry bulk shipping is an important part of the world shipping. With the trend of the world economy globalization, the dry bulk shipping competition is more intense. In order to grasp the dry bulk shipping’s changing situation, reduce the risk of Chinese dry bulk shinning enterprise’s management, enhance the international competitiveness, it is necessary to analysis and research the Chinese dry bulk shipping.This paper uses modern public management theory, related to the shipping business activities in the public as the main body, with shipping public management as the core, to serve the shipping industry oriented, to improve management effect as the focus, through the shipping increased social welfare for the purpose, starting from the basic theory, firstly, elaborate the dry bulk shipping, the current grim situation faced and the development trend; secondly, based on the analysis of typical company reflects Chinese dry bulk shipping’s existing question; finally, with the government public management angle, put forward to solve the problem of strategic thinking.The author hope this study can play a positive role to our country’s whole dry bulk shipping’s healthy development.
