Study Of Enterprise Group’s Financial Management And Control System And Its Operation Practice

Group financial management and control is one of the basic means and at thenuclear position of enterprise group control. Compared with a single enterprise,enterprise group has such features as large scale, variety of business, many membersand complex organization structure, which determines its financial management andcontrol is a very complex issue. Seeing that our market economy is still young atpresent，and the problems such as unity but lack firmness, insufficient incitement, lossof control are commonly found in enterprise group, it has great realistic significanceto strengthen financial management and control of enterprise group.This paper reviews the process of financial management and control theories,takes the content of financial management and control system, and uses motivationtheory, Corporate Financial Administration and Financial Management Theory,financial control and financial management and control theory as its foundation. Thendirects enterprise financial control by further study of the strategy, comes up withopinions of ensuring the goals of financial management and control by financial riskcontrol of enterprise group, and presents theoretical testaments as follow. Finally, setsup financial management and control model by using cash flow as control objectiveand based on the above discussion. The control model can basically be summed up as:the financial management as basic security; the financial information as controlplatform to ram the base of financial management and control; the cash flowmanagement as key control point; the management and control of financial budget astools to set up the nervous system of financial management and control, quantitativeassessment of group performance as the support of financial management and controlsystem.The thesis makes thoroughly theoretical analysis with the combination oftheoretical analysis and operational practice, Proposes to further improve financialmanagement and control system of our groups with the situation and the difficulty,and based on cash flow management and quantitative assessment of the performance.The conclusion also indicates that, carrying on effective financial management andcontrol has important theory meaning and significant realism meaning.
