The Statistic Research On Regional Science And Technology Innovation Advancement Economic Growth

Studying the correlative papers at home and broad, the thesis analyze the influence of regional technology innovation on the economic growth on the basis of theory about regional technology innovation and economic growth, and build fixed effect variable intercept model which itself has time and individual influence in order to analyze the characteristic of individual variation and stage that when regional technology innovation has an effect on economic growth with Empirical Analysis Method. The model is based on the related data of30provinces from2002to2008and gradient classification of China regional technology innovation ability, and it mainly includes the following aspects of content:Firstly, by studying the correlative papers at home and broad, the thesis defines the regional technology innovation and economic growth, and summarize the effect of the former on the latter. And then analyze their characteristic of individual variation and stage to provide theoretical basis of the model.Secondly, the thesis set up regional technology innovation evaluation system which includes three element of technology innovation, knowledge innovation and innovative milieu, standardizing the index data with the Z-Score method, and then evaluate the ability and individual element of regional technology innovation. and at last classify the China regional technology innovation ability with clustering method, the thesis conclude that1) the strength of the China regional technology innovation ability is under leveraged, the provinces with high innovation ability are rare;2) the gap of the individual element of innovation ability to its overall strength is large, presenting powerful in the east west weak situation.Finally, the thesis empirically analyses the effect of regional technology innovation on the economic growth and on the basis of Cobb-Douglas function and data of30provinces from2002to2008to carry out unit root test, co integration test and other set inspection of panel data model so as to build the fixed effect variable intercept model. According to these analyses, the thesis get the conclusion that:1) the three elements of regional technology innovation all have positive effect, but the innovative milieu play the most important role in it;2) the effect of regional technology innovation on the economic growth has notable Region otherness;3) the effect also has characteristic of stage.
