In The Foreign Trade Renminbi-denominated Settlement Problem Research

This article mainly aims at foreign trade Yuan-denominated settlement problem is studied. In this thesis, mainly divided into the following several parts:first, this paper analyzes the in foreign trade business use the valuation of the theory foundation, Marx settlement about monetary function theory, exchange rate risk management theory, currency and international currency internationalization, and then analyzes the in foreign trade business use the valuation of the clearing house shall have the conditions. Then this paper analyzes the in foreign trade business use the valuation of the reasons and the foundation settlement, the main reasons include macroscopic and microcosmic exchange rate risk reserve market trade risk, it mainly includes the basic of the world trade status, the exchange rate of the present situation, evolution, etc; On this basis, this paper analyzes the in foreign trade business use the valuation shall be clearing conditions, and these conditions mainly includes the strength of enterprises and the willingness to RMB convertible, the reform, the RMB circulation channel three aspects. Again, the paper analyzes the current in foreign trade business use the valuation of the clearing house shall, through the solution of these problems and promote in foreign trade business use the valuation and settlement. In the last part of the paper, on the one hand, through A foreign trade enterprise in to use RMB settlement on the empirical analysis, and on the other hand to promote foreign trade in use RMB settlement put forward some advice.Through this research, the author believes that the current in foreign trade business use the valuation of existing problems of settlement is mainly shown in two aspects:one is the part of the enterprise in the use of the valuation of the settlement ideology still has some problems, in actual use the valuation of trade settlement’s enthusiasm is not high, On the other hand, in foreign trade business use the valuation has problems such as the calculation of the circulation supervision mechanism not mature, abroad is not perfect; Settlement system, high cost less correspondent; The international balance of payments statistics information was not accurate enough. For these problems, the author thinks that should be from the following several aspects:one is to promote the domestic enterprise for RMB valuation of cross-border settlement operation ability; Second, we will improve the payment and settlement system; Three is to make the Yuan backflow mechanism; Four is establishing the RMB entry and exit monitoring mechanism.
