China and Thailand are closely trade partners and have good foundation on trade cooperation. To meet the need of economic globalization and regionally economic integration, China ASEAN has been created. It has acted as an important role when ASEAN free trade zone was started on January1st,2010. With the help of China-ASEAN Framework on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation, the Goods Trade Agreement, Protocol2; and the measure to implement zero tariffs for more than93%goods, the enterprise of China and Thailand have pushed the trade to develop stably and urge the developing proceed of regionally economic integration. The developing circumstances and characteristics arisen on goods trade between China and Thailand catch our attention. The thesis analyses the research on the development of China-Thailand trade.
