Strategies Research On Information Synergetic Model And Agile Supply Chain Of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise

Nowadays, competition among enterprises have turned into the competition oftheir supply chain, the discrete manufacturing with the represent of constructionmachinery and automobile manufacturing needs to manage its supply chain more. Themarket environment changes rapidly, and the customers’ requirements become moreand more personalized, which require not only effective planning, organization,coordination, control and optimization for the information flow, logistics, capital flowin supply chain to ensure that the right product could be delivered to trading partnersat the right time and right place, but also high flexibility and the ability to respond themarket quickly for the supply chain itself. So, agile supply chain is particularlyimportant.This paper took a construction machinery manufacturing enterprise as the core toresearch agile supply chain strategy, constructed a supply chain decision-makingmodel, Multi-Agent agile supply chain model, and information synergetic platform ofthe supply chain, improved the accuracy of supply-chain partners’ selection, andsolved the problem information synergetic supply chain. Then these models wereapplied and implemented in the empirical enterprise. At last, proved the applicabilityof this strategy by supply chain performance evaluation, and provided the basis for thecontinued optimization of the supply chain.In this paper, the main results are as follows:1. Deeply analyze the three issues of the traditional supply chain existing indiscrete manufacturing, which are low level of supply chain decisions, poor flow ofinformation, and low degree of integration, put forward the goal of agile supply chain,use fishbone diagram to analyze the critical factors, and give the agile supply chainstrategy in a well-targeted manner.2. Fit the synergy index into the evaluation system of supply chain partners,constructed multi-level multi-objective decision-making mode, conducted he selectingof supply chain partners and the building of internal agile team in the enterprise takingsupply chain as core. On the one hand, improved the accuracy of supply-chainpartners’ selection; on the other hand, improve the operational efficiency of the supplychain by building the internal agile team.3. Constructed an agile supply chain model by using the agent technology, described synergy operation mechanism in the core enterprises and among the nodeenterprises of the supply chain. Then on the basis of these works using the SOAtechnology to construct a Information Synergetic Platform of Supply Chain from theinternal and external of the enterprise.4. Took the empirical enterprise as the core to construct Information SynergeticPlatform of Agile Supply Chain, and implemented it from the following six steps:short board analysis, the application of agile supply chain model, business processoptimization, the introduction of an integrated platform, supply chain agilityconversion, continuous (dynamic) optimization. In the end, make a performanceevaluation of supply chain and provided the basis for the sub-sequent continuousoptimization work.
