The income of the farmers to achieve a certain degree of growth. With the changesin the structure of farmers’ income, source of revenue growth, the nature of changes,progressive change rely on the family’s operating income growth in the past to relymainly on the remuneration for labor income growth, income growth has a significantnon-farm pulling and market-driven features. These changes mean that the nature of theproblem of farmers ’income has changed that it no longer is a purely agriculturalproblem, not just the farmers’ own problems, but a more and more and rural system ofinnovation, regional economic development market development and the associatedproblems of non-farm employment opportunities.This paper first analyzes the changes in the income of the farmers in ChongqingMunicipality, wage income and family-run income accounted for a larger proportion ofthe structural analysis method farmers breakdown of the contribution of changes inincome, is obtained regardless of the relative contribution or absolute degree ofcontribution to wage income the contribution of more than a family of operating incometo become the main source of revenue growth. Finally,according to the correlation analysis of policies and measures to increase farmers’income, mainly the strengthening of rural human capital investment, to strengthen ruralinstitutions, including the rural financial system, the Fiscal system and rural land system,the rural social capital reconstruction, including the reconstruction of family socialcapital reconstruction and self-organization of social capital. The main innovation of this article exists in the use of structural analysis method toanalyze the breakdown of revenue contribution to the income，which reveals that therelationship between changes in income structure and income growth. We adopts socialcapital theory to analyze the factors affecting the changes in farmers ’income.It isconcluded that social capital especially the family kinship has a great impact on farmers’income.
