With the rapid development of network technology and the quick pace of Chinas financial reform and open up, domestic commercial Banks increasingly face fierce competition. E-banking is an important means of the commercial Banks expanding market space, reducing operating costs, splitting counter pressure and enhancing core competitiveness. Improving the service quality and service efficiency, has become the competition focus of domestic commercial Banks. This paper takes the E-banking development strategy of the domestic commercial Banks as one theme, key research of the E-banking personal business development, internal and external environment of CMB Hohhot branch, and CMB online personal banking should take relevant measures of development strategy.This papers research on E-banking personal business development strategy of CMB hohhot branch according to logical thinking and proposing a problem analyzing solving plan. Firstly, state E-banking personal business development situation of CMB Huhhot branch, analyzed CMB huhhot branch E-banking personal business development characteristics and existing problems. Next, analyzed the development environment of CMB hohhot branch E-banking personal business, separately analyzed political, economic, social, and technological factors which have the direct impact on CMB hohhot branch E-banking personal business from the macroscopic and microscopic perspective, based on this analysis concluded that CMB hohhot branch E-banking personal business should adopt the development strategy. Combining this with the work reality of the CMB Hohhot branch E-banking personal business, the paper has put forward four measures. I hope to be able to use CMB Hohhot branch E-banking personal business development for reference.
