Therefore, how to play a greater role in telecommunications limited,its own operating business staff of the Office and to make greater contribution to the development of Changqing Telecom, is the core content of this paper.Job design management, especially the important topic of the research areas of human resource management, attention has been paid along with the development and advancement of technology. The mobile Internet era has come, the scientific connotation of continuous extension of the organizational behavior of employees work requires apart from standardized, comprehensive, details and also more active, conscious, efficient job design and redesign of the new requirements. Therefore, the choice of Changqing Branch private/own business hall of China Telecom, job design and operation of research is not only for the practical significance of the enterprises to strengthen the basis of internal management, improve management effectiveness, but also has a certain theoretical significance.Moreover, this reference to human resource management, job design theory, interviews, observation and questionnaire survey and analysis conducted in-depth analysis of the work of the department of business, combining the Changqing private/own telecommunications business sector the main problem in this on the Changqing its own sales staff to work on the basis of the redesign, eventually gave rise to the new job design, new content, new responsibilities and new working relationships.Job redesign is completed, this article and from satisfaction surveys, test results, sales volume changes after the implementation of the effect of tracking.
