Economic development is a sign of social progress, the sources of energy is thefoundation of economic development, and the vast majority of energy use and theenvironment for the survival of mankind pose great destruction. Economic, energy,environment coordinated development, is the realization of China’s modernization goalimportant premise. Based on the energy is the human survival of one of the elements, isthe national economic and social development of the important strategic materials. Coalis a basic energy source in China, in recent years its dominant position increasinglyembodied. This to engage in security industry coal mine safety science and technologyenterprises has brought enormous challenges and infinite business chance.Over the years the rapid development for coal industry and coal mine securityindustry has brought great changes and development, previous stragglers and disbandedsoldiers type of business model seems to become less responsive to current and futuredevelopment, how to understand customer value, customer perceived risk influencecustomer loyalty (enterprise profit source) has become a pressing matter of themoment. Based on the coal mine safety industry leader in C Research Institute as anexample, the theoretical study and practical experience on the combination, coal minesafety science and technology enterprises in the fierce competitive environment, toestablish and maintain long-term customer loyalty, to find the source of profits, businesssuccess or failure of the fundamental; ultimately from the bloody competition in talentshowing itself, for the community to create more satisfied the public wealth, realize theenterprise long-term stable growth.This paper uses Potter five-force model, competitive posture matrix on the Cenvironment to conduct a comprehensive analysis to find the opportunity that theenterprise faces and challenge; the use of VRIO theory to analyze the conditions ofenterprises, face the enterprise own disadvantages. In addition to the customer loyaltytheory analysis, find the business development and customer demand between thepotential link, based on the proposed customer information management system,customer complaints handling, improve customer switching costs, establish a corporate culture principle requirement as the enterprise to improve the security of customer loyalty.
