Venture Capital And Business Incubator Convergence Analysis Of The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Business Performance

In the era of knowledge economy, venture enterprise is the main carrier of technological innovation, so the development of the venture enterprise is the key factor for the economy development of the nation or region. Venture capital has always been considered an effective tool to promote the development of venture enterprise. But, in reality, Chinese venture capital has not been able to promote the growth of venture enterprises. Venture capital and business incubator have different supports and services for enterprise, when venture capital and business incubator cooperate, the start-ups can get more supports and help from venture capital and business incubator, so as to promote the health growth of entrepreneurial enterprises. However, in the domestic, the cooperation between venture capital and business incubator is still weak. Therefore this study about the relationship of the cooperation and performance of start-ups has important significance for the development of start-ups.Through learning the domestic and foreign literature and the relevant theory, we compare the supports and services from venture capital and business incubator, and these supports and services are divided into three dimensions. We construct the theoretical model about the relationship of the cooperation and performance, use Chinese start-ups as the research object, and take the form of questionnaire to collect data, at last using the equation model of the theory model of this paper makes an empirical analysis.These results of the paper show that, in our country, venture capital has not a significant positive effect for the performance of venture enterprise; when venture capital and incubator cooperate, the start-ups can get more supports and services, these have a positive impact for the growth of start-ups. At present, the study about the cooperation of venture capital and incubator and the performance is not a lot, just also stay in theoretical analysis and qualitative analysis. This study through theory analysis and empirical analysis to verify make the findings have credibility. These results have certain reference significance for the promotion of enterprise development, and for the future development trend of venture capital and business incubator.
