| Performance Evaluation System is an important component of corporate strategic management. The successful implementation of the performance evaluation system will not only help companies improve management performance, but also enhance the management level. By breaking down the corporate strategic goals to layers mission, the system can make departments and employees to complete the corporate strategic goal by combining it with themselves. At present, the attention of the enterprise’s senior management is limited to enhance the short-term performance rather than to pay attention to the long-term development of enterprises, the talent cultivation and the creation of the enterprise’s core competitiveness, thus led to a situation that the state-owned enterprises are often at a disadvantage in the increasingly fierce market competition. As a result, we urgently need to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system to constrain the business activities of the state-owned enterprises so that we can cultivate the concept of long-term management to enhance their market competitiveness and enable the business decision to meet the stakeholders’ need to the maximum and take the social responsibility as the state-owned enterprises.First of all, based on the related theoretical studies of the performance evaluation at home and abroad and combined with actual status of implementation of the company’s performance evaluation system, the paper has used the balanced scorecard as the basic model to building the performance evaluation system of the Soyea Technology Company.Then, from four perspectives of financeã€customerã€internal processã€innovation and learning of Enterprise Performance evaluation evaluated by the Balanced Scorecard, the paper has selected a specific Index of performance evaluation to establish a basic implementation goal and assigned specific evaluation weight to each index, which completed the establishment of enterprise performance evaluation system. Finally, from the perspective of the implementation of the performance evaluation system, the paper has decomposed the task of performance evaluation to each department to achieve the combination of the corporate strategic goals with the department and personal goals, and described the problem which should be noted in the implementation of the Performance Evaluation System. |
