With the rapid socio-economic development, the research of poverty have breakthrough economics perspective and extended to the social, political, cultural and other fields,"poverty" has become a "multidimensional" concept. the multidimensional development of poverty making the problem is increasingly complex and diverse. So simply reling on government to reduce poverty has been unable to meet the need of poverty-stricken groups. In the current stage of rural poverty reduction,the social organizations as the main of social forces has become increasingly prominent in poverty alleviation. With the gradual expansion of policy space and strengthening of self-development, social organization has become one of the main actors in poverty reduction in the rural area.Beginning in the1980s, social organizations gradually deepening into the majority of rural communities to carry out poverty reduction activities. Through the practices, the scope of social organizations in rural poverty reduction has already covered many aspects of political, economic, and social services, such as community development, improved livelihoods, local education, natural disaster management, special populations care, agricultural technology promotion, health promotion, women’s development, protection and management of natural resources. In poverty alleviation activities, society organizations have formed a variety of approaches to poverty reduction, including service providers, action research, mutual assistance, advocacy and awareness of the Enlightenment. However, due to the concept of institutional obstacles to the legality of the lack of resources, limited financing channels, audience awarenessless.The internal management of defects and other reasons. Society organizations more effective depth of rural poverty reduction facing difficulties. Therefore, I based the analysis on the basis of study of Oxfam poverty alleviation in the Chinese mainland, building society organizations involved in rural poverty reduction multiparty interaction mechanism, give full play to the advantages of resources of the government, social organizations, enterprises, community, and build an effective mutual assistance and cooperation platform for the social organizations involved in rural poverty reduction to provide legal protection, financial support and mass base.
