Infrastructure Investment Decision-making Research Based On Real Options

China’s economy and frastructure is an part of social devepmentr,pid economic devopment expan its infrasucture need.However, to thelimition of financial investment,so the government began to open the partt field of infrastructure cnstraints,allow the strength of private capital investment to join in the infrastructure field.In this process, the value ofinfrastructure projects is a question which project participants most concern,and is the study of the most problems to be solved to achieve the best results, attracting private capital and making effective investment decisions to est capital, provide scientific and rational very good feasibility study is very necessary.Therefore, we need have to see introduce real options pricing methods to investment in infrastructure projects when decision-making.Real option theory in corporate investment decisions has been quite commonly used in the application and th frastructure project investment decision-making has also been applied. Papers from the status quo of China’s private capital investment as a starting point leads toinvestment decisions using real options need further in this article based on analysis of real options in infrastructure projects in the scope of application. In the theoretical framework of the B-S model, focusing on analysis of a single compound option pricing model and option pricingmodels, and model the various parameters in-depth study.Then by case nalysis papers real option sapproach with the traditional investment decisionmaking methodology to project investment value of the difference,further sensitivity analysis shows that real options value of the sensitivity of different parameters are different.
