With developing of the global economy, competition has been everywhere, companies want to survive in the competition, they will have to come up with various ways to reduce their costs, to improve their economic efficiency, besides this, distribution is a very important part of logistics systems, and the cost of distribution is the major cost of the logistics system, then how to save distribution cost will become more important for companies. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on distribution, in this paper, the origin, definition and development of logistics and distribution are introduced, the status of distribution of research and future research directions are summarized, and some problems relating to logistical distribution under fuzzy environment are studied, considering a lot of factor in reality is fuzzy. This major work as follows:Firstly, the transportation problem under fuzzy environment is studied. For this problem with fuzzy demand, fuzzy supply and fuzzy cost parameters, this paper builds the corresponding fuzzy mathematical model and translates it into deterministic linear programming model by using chance-constrained method and signed distance method. At last, a numerical example is given.Secondly, vehicle routing problems with the deployment of workers loading or unloading delivery under fuzzy environment is studied, when considering the vehicle routing problem under fuzzy environment, the factor of the deployment of workers loading or unloading is added, for this problem, this paper builds the corresponding mathematical model and sloves it by using two-stage algorithm. At last, a numerical example verifies the feasibility and validity of the algorithms.Thirdly, the inventory-transportation joint optimization problems with considering the transport path are studied. This part has two major works:(1)When storage costs, the annual demand of suppliers and vendors are fuzzy numbers, transport costs between them are fuzzy numbers, suppliers and retailers are not allowed out of stock, and suppliers and vendors have the same order cycle, this paper builds fuzzy programming model, and designs algorithm to find order quantity that make the inventory costs is minimum and optimal vehicle routing. At last, a numerical example verifies the feasibility and validity of the algorithms.(2)When suppliers and vendors have different order cycles, and are allowed out of stock, transport costs between them are fuzzy numbers, this paper builds the corresponding dual-objective fuzzy programming model, and designs algorithm to find supplier delivery cycle and optimal vehicle routing to make suppliers bear the cost of stock and additional inventory costs as small as possible, while transport costs are as small as possible, so that the entire supply chain system’s total cost as small as possible. At last, a numerical example verifies the feasibility and validity of the algorithms.
