Based On The Regression Analysis Model Of The Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Research

With the continuously developing of economic globalization and markertization, the enterprise is becoming complex in business and more dispersed in geography. The competition changes from among products and services of enterprises to the advantages of integrated supply chain, hence the concepts of supply chain and management of supply chain come into being. Enterprises’ effectiveness and competitiveness will be greatly improved if effective management is implemented. However, supply chain performance measurement is one of effective ways for supply chain management, Implementation scientific and effective supply chain performance measurement have a great significance.In this paper, on the basis of extensive reading and analysis of home and abroad supply chain and supply chain performance measurement, we search and summarize the supply chain performance measurement index system and measurement methods, concluding a systematic comprehensive indexes of supply chain performance measurement, and on that basis supply chain performance measurement model based on regression analysis is establish The model is easy to understand, and establishing a scientific measurement system, and quantitatively analyses every index, which is simple and easy to operate. The article seeks to comprehensive and improve for supply chain performance measurement.Chapter one main contents are background, significance and status of the paper, and also presents this paper’s research structure and frames.Chapter two main contents are interrelated theories of supply chain performance measurement, including the definitions and explanations for supply chain management and supply chain performance measurement. Besides, there are simple presentation for frequently used methods of supply chain performance measurement. Chapter three main contents are selection principles of supply chain performance measurement, on this principles, and the summary of previous studies,-the index system is constructed.Chapter four main contents are presentations for regression analysis concepts and methods, and show application for spss software data processing, then the supply chain performance measurement model based on regression analysis is structured.Chapter five contents mainly the structured model via example, and verify the feasibility and practicality of the model.Chapter six are the end for the paper, giving the conclusion and pointing out some shortcomings.
