Direct Subsidies To Grain Efficiency Research In China

“People feed on foods, Government feeds on People”，So studying the grainsubsidy policy of Major grain-producing area（sHebei、Nei Monggol、Liaoning、Jilin、Heilongjiang、Jiangsu、Anhui、Jiangxi、Shandong、Henan、Hubei、Hunan、Sichuanetc) has important practical significance on the protection of national food security.Since2004，grain direct subsidy policy has been fully implemented to enhancethe enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain, increase of food production, which havepromoted the growth of the income of the farmers, and have achieved good effect ofpolicies. However, in affirming the achievements, we should not overlook theproblems that exist.
