With the prevalence of flat organization structure, more and more businesses andorganizations rely on project teams to accomplish the impossible task of theorganizational structure of the traditional bureaucracy, more and more project-centricbusiness activities. However, the rate of failure projects remains high. Analyzed bythe team management issues, and found that the key to influence project performanceis incentives. Therefore, in this dissertation mainly to analyze the incentive problemaffecting the performance of the project team and to explore in the theory and practice,to research prevalent incentive problems in the process of project team management,and analyze the reasons for incentive obstacles, propose the countermeasures ofefficient incentive, attempt to improve the performance of the project team to providehelp to promote project success from the perspective of improving the incentives.This dissertation is divided into five parts. The first part of the backgroundanalysis puts forward problems, introduces the research background, researchsignificance, research methodology, train of thought.The second part of recalling therelevant theory and literature review, analysis of the incentive theory, team theory,and project management theory and related literature were reviewed, review summaryof previous research achievements and the latest trends of research to draw moresuitable for the project team motivation theory. The third part of the theoreticalanalysis, the first analysis of the project team definition,characteristics, type and theadvantages of the operation, and then analyze the connotation of the project teammotivation, then to research the incentive problem of the project team. The fourth partto case study combine with a case, applied related theory to analysis HJ companyproject team pertinently and Systematically, pay attention to the actual of the the HJcompany project team. Analysis of the project team of incentive status and mainlyfactors influence of the project team motivation, proposes the countermeasures toimprove the project team incentive programs expect to play an active role in guidance and reference to HJ and similar enterprises of the project team management. The lastof the dissertation was summarized, proposed limitations of the dissertation and theproblems for further research.
