Research Of Financial Management Mode Of State-Owned Enterprise Group

Entering the21st century, the world economic environment and information technologies have changed a lot, especially with the economic globalization trend, more and more international, multiple and allied enterprise groups instead of single enterprise have raised. And the development and strength of enterprise groups also reflect a country’s compete strength on the world economic stage. As the economic backbone of China, stated-owned companies shoulder the arduous historical mission and real task.State-owned enterprises have made remarkable achievement and great contribution to China’s economy during20years, but we also found some problems, e.g. many stated-owned companies are big but lack of core competitiveness. Practice proves that financial management plays a very important role for sustainable development of enterprise group. Under the influence of historical issues and traditional financial management mode, there are several deficiencies existing in financial management of stated-owned companies. In response to this situation, People have focus on establishing a financial management model which suits the national condition of China and suits the development of stated-owned companies.The full thesis is made up of four chapter contents altogether:Chapter one is the introduction, the chapter first puts forward the question which the thesis is going to research and international and domestic research dynamic status. And it also introduces the method of thinking and research idea.Chapter two first mainly describes the basic theory and concept of enterprise group financial management, second discusses and analysis the status and problems of the financial management state-owned enterprises face.Chapter three researches the financial management mode of developed country, and put forward some idea our state-owned enterprise groups can learn from.According to the problems existed in the financial management mode of state-owned enterprise groups and the experience of other countries, Chapter four proposed establishing the centralized financial management mode, and put forward some detailed methods to improve the quality of development of state-owned enterprise groups.
